At Rafaela Perfume Store, we want to ensure that you receive exactly the fragrance you ordered, in the condition you expect.

Incorrect, Incomplete, or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that differs from your order, is incomplete, or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Rafaela Perfume Store through our customer service channels.

We may request photographs or videos of the product, its original packaging, the outer shipping box, and the shipping label to properly document and assess your claim.

Although products are shipped directly from the United States, Rafaela Perfume Store remains your primary point of contact and will assist you in resolving the issue by coordinating with Rafaelos USA and/or the logistics providers involved.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Requests for returns or order cancellations under the statutory right of withdrawal will be handled in accordance with the international nature of our operations and any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under Colombian law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies under Colombian legislation, we will honor the terms, conditions, and deadlines established by the applicable regulations.

Opened or Used Fragrances
